Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns. Sells products by
establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
• Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching
and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
• Monitoring whether the order has been delivered in time as per the clients commitment.
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
