Proven work experience as a Recruiter for 1-3 years (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency
recruiter).
Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc).
Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc).
Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Strong on ownership and ensures completion of any assignment and strive to meet quality and
timelines.
Should be plan and timeline driven requiring minimal followup.
Should be driving the process rather than overseeing it or playing a backbencher role.
Strong on people management and approachable.
Strong in logical thinking and problem-solving approach.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, eager to learn and apply and contribute to the
organization.
Self-starter and focused and takes initiatives.
Passionate about people and high on energy.
