**We have urgent opening for the position of Jr. Executive – Account & Finance / Executive- Account & Finance (Female candidate) for Ranjangaon MIDC location.
• Salary: 15K to 20K (as per Knowledge) + Bonus
• Desired Candidate Profile: B.Com / M. Com / MBA
• Minimum experience: at least 3 - 5 years
• Bus Facility

Roles and Responsibilities –
- Must have good hands-on Experience in Tally
- Maintain day to day accurate and complete data entry in Tally –like– Purchase, Sale, Expenses, etc.
- Handle banking work & monthly bank reconciliation
- Handling & Creation of Payment Vouchers
- Sound Knowledge of Direct & Indirect Taxation (e.g. TDS/TCS/GST)
- Ensuring Customer and Vendor Balance confirmations and reconciliations
- Also Recovery follow up
- To check all accounts vouchers like purchase, sales, cash, and bank voucher in accounts books
- Reporting of Day to Day activity
- Assisting in Audit work, month end closing work

1. Must have good hands-on Excel Skills (V-Lookup, Pivot table, Shortcuts Formulas, Presentable skills)
2. Ability to work under pressure
3. Solid Knowledge of finance and accounting procedures
4. Result in Orientated Approach
5. Can be handle multiple tasks
6. Must be an Sincere, Good Listener, Quick Learner
7. Should have Good communication, drafting and writing skills
8. Preferred to worked with a CA firm (minimum 1yrs)
